Nadia K. Hernandez

Nadia K. Hernandez is the Project Director for Legal Services NYC’s Staten Island office. Nadia initially joined as the Director of the Family Law and Domestic Violence Unit, and later became the Deputy Project Director and Interim Project Director. She began her career at the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) representing domestic violence survivors in matrimonial, family law and immigration matters. She also worked at The Door’s Legal Services Center representing unaccompanied minors facing expedited removal proceedings. Nadia is the first Latina to sit on LSNYC’s Senior Leadership Team. She graduated from Saint Peter’s University and New York Law School. She is currently pursuing her coaching training program certification and ICF credentials.
