Legal Services NYC views the court’s recent decisions regarding landlord Daniel Ohebshalom as a crucial and long-overdue step in the fight for tenant rights and landlord accountability at 705 and 709 West 170th Street. These actions underscore the critical importance of holding property owners accountable for maintaining safe, habitable living conditions for all tenants in New York City.
