For years, tenants at 99 Marble Hill Ave in the Bronx have been living with a broken elevator, leaks, mold, and rodent infestations thanks to their landlord’s neglect. But now, thanks to LSNYC’s advocacy, tenants are getting repairs and 8 months worth of rent abatements, among other things.
